    Were going to spend time gently flowing through the whole of your body in this session. Lets give the joints, muscles and brain some nourishment with a gentle flowing sequence.

  • 40 min Post Run Rejuvenation and Relaxation Stretch

    In this 40 minute practice we are going to spend a little longer on a nice dynamic stretch. We will gently flow through each shape in the stretch to keep muscles, joints and fascia nice and supple. This will aid recovery and hep prevent injuries.

  • 42 Minute Rest Day Mobility Session

    In this session we will spend the majority of the session standing and working through the muscles and joints with a little bit more heat. There will be some strength element to this but its not too intense so this makes it a perfect recovery day stretch for when you need to feel something in the legs but not too intense like a strength workout. Its a great mobility session fr your body.

  • 43 Minute Mobility Stretch for Hips and Groin

    A lovely way to work into your hips, groin in particular with lots of mobility work for the joints and muscle tissues. You will feel refreshed after this one!

  • 44 Minute Advanced Feet, Ankle & Hip Stretch

    This is more of an intermediate to advanced stretch as we work into the feet, shins, ankles and hips. Some may find these stretches quite challenging or painful so be sure not to do this if you are experiencing discomfort or pain.

  • 45 Minute Relaxing Full Body Stretch

    In this video we will take a little longer and go a little slower into each area of the boy. There’s no rush, lets move slowly and breathe to find some mental and physical space.
