Running has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. But like many of us, I've had my fair share of ups and downs along the way. There were times when I veered off the path due to an unhealthy lifestyle, and moments when injuries seemed to get the best of me. That's when I began digging deeper into the mechanics of running and discovered the crucial role of proper form in injury prevention.

My running journey has been nothing short of adventurous. I've conquered an array of races that have tested my limits. From completing Half Marathons and Trail Half Marathons to pushing through grueling 25km trail events, each race has taught me valuable lessons and made me a stronger runner. Most recently completing the Snowdon Trail Half Marathon which is said to be one of the toughest half’s in Europe.

But my coaching story doesn't end there. I've delved into various health and fitness disciplines, becoming an advanced personal trainer, medical conditions trainer, weight management coach, and even a yoga teacher. This diverse background has shaped my coaching approach, emphasising the importance of holistic well-being.

With this wealth of experience under my belt, I'm eager to help runners like you unleash your full potential. My mission is to work with you, improving your movement through strength and flexibility sessions and honing your running form to optimise performance and prevent injuries.
