Follow along with the warmup to prepare your body and mind. Then use this stretch after your run to recover well.

If you are not running today then use the post run stretch as a daily maintenance stretch for flexibility and mobility.

Wednesday - Strength

Today we are back on the strength work to keep your body strong. Strength is not only essential to Run Better but it is essential to live better as your body is able to function better. Well done for keeping up with your strength work. This video is taken from my YouTube channel. Thursday - Run & Stretch

Today I'm presuming that you will be running again. I have selected a warmup video followed by a dynamic stretch to aid your recovery and allow your body to relax after the intensity of your run. Follow along to the warmup video and stretch below after your run.

Friday - Recovery Stretch

Today is about giving your body some nice movement that is not too intense but still gets your joints and muscles working, keeping them healthy. Enjoy your Friday stretch!


Saturday - Runners Yoga

Today we can keep your body moving at a medium intensity without pushing it too far with some runners yoga that incorporates balance, strength and flexibility. This is a great way to start your weekend with some movement that is not too intense and shouldn’t leave you achy for tomorrows long run.


Sunday - Long Run & Stretch

Today you will be a long run day (if Saturday is your long run day then simply swap these two days around) I’ve selected a warmup followed by a dynamic stretch to aid your recovery and allow your body to relax after the intensity of your long run. Follow along to this stretch after todays run. Today we are going to give your body a longer warmup to prepare for your run and a longer stretch to create a sense of balance due to the longer time you will be spending on your run.
