Setting clear goals will help you have a purpose for 2022 and keep you on track when your motivation starts to be challenged.
If you are not sure what your goals are for 2022, now is the time to start making plans and writing them down so you can clearly see where you want to be focusing your energy for January because let's face it you are more than likely going to over indulge this Christmas. We all have the best intentions but it goes out the window in December doesn't it?!
